Paper is essential when creating letters – and makes your pens last longer. High-quality paper is easy to work with, gentle on brush tips and makes your letters look great. I’ve been looking for high quality colored paper for a long time, and now I’ve finally found it:
Rainbow Black 120 g/m². This is an uncoated paper with a very smooth surface that has a deep black color, but at the same time is quite kind to the environment. It has both FSC® and EU Ecolabel certificates and is Nordic Ecolabel certified. I think you’ll really like it! And hey, who decided that you should always draw with dark colors on white paper? Why not turn it around? Besides, metallic markers and brush pens, and even some gelly rolls, look much better on a dark background than on a white one.
You can choose whether you want the papers as a spiral bound pad (as shown in the pictures) or as loose sheets of paper. The number of papers is the same. I have also made two kits with this pad – Welcome to the Dark Side Large with Metallic Brush pens, Markers and gelly rolls, and Welcome to the Dark Side Medium with Metallic Brush pens and gelly rolls. The paper is thick enough to withstand the generous amounts of ink from the brush without any problems, and the pad contains about 60 pages of black paper in size A4+ 22.5 x 29.5 cm (about 8.9 x 11.6 in).
